Other Responsibilities and Duties If DEX RC is declared not liable for damages in a judicial or extrajudicial proceeding due to the aforementioned conditions and the User is held responsible, the User shall reimburse all amounts paid by DEX RC, including damages, lost profits, and any incurred costs or burdens.

DEX RC reserves the right to disclose confidential information provided by Users when required by law, regulations, ordinances, or any legal, judicial, or governmental request.

5. PROTECTION AND PLATFORM OPERATION

5.1. Security Measures in Data Collection

In any case, if the User is a final consumer, the courts corresponding to their domicile will be competent.
